Did you ever want to know if one of your ancestors was one of the better cooks of Star Valley? Well, we found a collection of newspaper articles, published in the Star Valley Independent from 1959-1961. The topic of each one is an individual cook along with some of her recipes. Come into the Historical Society Office to see this book. We're located in the basement of the County Planning Building on 5th Avenue in Afton. Only there Thursdays from 9am-noon.
